We accept returns only in cases of incorrect size or issues related to printing, such as manufacturing defects, incorrect graphics, or misalignment.
You have 14 days from delivery to submit your request.
How It Works
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be in like-new condition
- not have been used
- include the original tags and packaging

Please do not send any returns without our prior confirmation.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you notice defects, damage, or if the item is not as described, contact us immediately: we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- personalized or custom-made products
- perishable items
- personal care or flammable products
- sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
We accept exchanges only in cases of incorrect sizes or colors. To request an exchange (different size or model), please:
- return the item you received
- place a new order
This ensures faster processing and immediate availability.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Customers residing in the European Union have 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the conditions listed above.
This right does not apply to personalized products.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email.
If everything is in order, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using your original payment method.
If you do not see the refund after 15 business days, please contact us and we will conduct an immediate verification.
