How much does the customization cost?
The price depends on the chosen garment and the complexity of the print. We will send you a no-obligation quote within 24 hours. You can decide afterwards. (We won't send you 15 emails if you don't reply right away.)
How long does it take?
7-10 working days from your confirmation. First we will send you a graphic preview for approval, then we will produce it. The shipment is tracked, so you know where your item is at any moment.
In which languages can I customize?
Italian, Arabic, English, or any combination of the three. You can even mix them. If you have something else in mind, write to us and we'll see. We usually find a solution.
Can I see a preview before confirming?
Always. Before we go into production, we will send you a graphic preview of the text on the garment. If you don't like how it looks, we will change it. We only start production once you are satisfied.
Can I place multiple orders for an event?
Yes, and that is what we do best for large orders. Write to us directly for events, corporate gifts, or orders of 5 pieces or more. We will evaluate timelines, costs, and options together.
And what if I don't like how the Arabic writing turns out?
We do not produce without your approval. If the preview does not convince you, we will revise it together until it is exactly as you imagine it.
